Qualifications

• Proven experience managing commercial roofing projects, specifically low slope systems.
• Strong knowledge of all major low slope roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, BUR).
• Demonstrated experience leading crews and driving production in the field.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish, focusing on low slope systems.
• Prepare and manage submittals, RFIs, and project documentation.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies.
