Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management or equivalent; or 3-5 years’ related experience or training.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire project from start to finish.
• Prepare project binder for Superintendent and Foreman.
• Track and manage project costs to achieve budgeted profit margins.
