Qualifications

• Boiler & Steam Expertise: Proven experience operating and maintaining low‑pressure boilers and industrial steam systems.
• Compressed air equipment: ability to operate and service industrial air compressors and piping.
• Plumbing & pipefitting: strong mechanical skills including soldering, brazing, and valve work.

Responsibilities

• Boiler & Steam Operations: safely operate, monitor, and maintain low‑pressure boilers and steam distribution.
• Compressed Air Systems: maintain, troubleshoot, and service air compressors and dryers.
• Mechanical Plumbing & Pipefitting: install/modify steam piping and related lines.
• Preventive Maintenance: perform PMs across boiler, steam loop, and air equipment.
• Diagnostics & System Tracing: read schematics and gauges to identify issues.
• Inventory & Parts Ordering: manage parts for boilers, piping, valves, and compressors.
• Safety & Compliance: ensure compliance with boiler codes, safety regs, and EPA rules.
