Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with ASIC power/low-power design.
• Familiarity with UPF and power integrity concepts.
• Proficiency in scripting (Shell or Python).
• Knowledge of SOC components (CPU, interconnect).

Responsibilities

• Define power efficient SOC architecture and write power specs.
• Estimate pre-silicon power across designs.
• Build power models with high accuracy for wireless SoCs.
• Generate power vectors with design and DV support.
• Collect pre-silicon power data using power flow tools.
• Analyze and identify opportunities for power reduction.
• Support post-silicon power correlation.
