RTX is seeking an onsite senior engineer in Tucson, AZ, with an active Secret clearance and 10+ years in STEM. You will design, analyze, and test Radar Cross Section components in cross-functional teams.

Lead signature-control initiatives, develop proposals/BOE, and present testing results to internal and external customers, focusing on advanced materials and CEM tools like SENTRi and XPATCH.

Qualifikationen

• Requires STEM degree and 10+ years experience, or advanced degree with 7+ years.
• Experience performing RCS measurement, testing, prediction, and/or design.
• Secret Security Clearance required.

Aufgaben

• Radar Cross Section (RCS) design, analysis, and test.
• Work in integrated product teams to incorporate signature control techniques.
• Proposal Writing and Basis of Estimate (BOE) development.
• Present results of testing, analysis, and design efforts to customers.
