RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking an experienced engineer for radar cross section (RCS) design, measurement, and analysis duties onsite. You will work within integrated product teams to apply signature control techniques to deliverables and assess system performance, presenting findings to stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have a STEM degree with 5+ years in RCS, experience with RCS prediction and testing, and hold a current Secret security clearance.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience
• Experience performing RCS measurement/testing, prediction, and/or design
• Secret Security Clearance

Responsibilities

• RCS design, analysis, and test
• Work in integrated product teams to incorporate advanced signature control techniques into deliverable products and aid in assessment of system performance
• Present results of testing, analysis, and design efforts to internal and external customers
