Job summary

Partnerverse is seeking engineers to build low-latency, high-throughput trading infrastructure in Rust. You will work under senior systems architects on performance-critical code, writing, testing, and shipping core components.

Responsibilities include backend development in Rust, distributed systems concepts, and rigorous testing and profiling to meet latency goals. Linux-based production environments and code reviews are central to the role.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/M.Tech CS from IIT/NIT required.
• 3+ years of professional software development in systems programming.
• Strong Rust proficiency or ability to learn quickly.
• Understanding of financial markets and trading systems.
• Solid CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, OS, networking, concurrency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-performance backend services in Rust.
• Implement distributed, fault-tolerant components for high throughput.
• Write extensive tests and profile/optimize for latency and memory.
• Debug and resolve issues in Linux-based production environments.
