Qualifications

• 2+ years of software engineering experience building trading systems.
• 3+ years of software engineering experience preferred.
• Proficiency in C#, Python, and optionally Rust or C++.
• Strong grasp of concurrency, memory management, and performance profiling.
• Experience with production backend services and APIs (REST/streaming).
• PostgreSQL and SQL for trading and market data.
• Event-driven architectures and message queues.
• AWS, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Infrastructure-as-Code familiarity and observability tools like Datadog.
• Unix/Linux fundamentals; version control and testing discipline.
• Experience in equities trading, algorithmic execution, and TC analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain trading systems across C#, Python, and Rust.
• Develop low-latency order management and execution services with pre-/post-trade checks.
• Build and optimize reconciliation pipelines for account status and breaks.
• Integrate with venues, custodians, and data providers via FIX and APIs.
• Build data pipelines connecting custodial data, security masters, and real-time feeds.
• Contribute to monitoring, alerting, and observability to track execution quality.
• Investigate and remediate issues during market hours across trade flow.
• Build internal services and UI components for trading workflow management.
• Write comprehensive tests and uphold CI/CD and deployment best practices.
