Job summary

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking an APRN to join our neonatology practice in Fort Worth, TX. The role focuses on rounding, assessing newborns in the NICU, and developing plans of care with an emphasis on low-acuity infants.

You will work alongside in-house neonatologists and affiliated specialists. The position offers a flexible schedule with 13-16 days per month and some weekends, plus opportunities to participate in education and quality initiatives while receiving a competitive compensation

Qualifications

• Minimum of a master's degree.
• Current APRN national specialty certification.
• Fort Worth, TX location; in-house neonatology team and affiliated professionals.

Responsibilities

• Daily rounding and patient assessments in NICU.
• Develop and manage plan of care for low-acuity newborns.
• Neonatologist assistance/backup as needed in high-risk cases.
• Participate in education and quality improvement initiatives.
