Job summary

Snowbird is seeking a Lounge Server to deliver quality food and beverage service in our Wildflower lounge. You will greet guests, present menus, assist with table setups, and coordinate with front and back of house to ensure a seamless dining experience.

The role requires strong listening and communication, multitasking ability, and a friendly, professional attitude. Shifts vary and may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays during the winter season.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Great listening, speaking, and presentation skills.
• Multitask is a must and strong organizational skills.
• 21 years of age and able to work weekends/holidays.
• Food Handler Permit and Alcohol Certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a professional and friendly manner.

• Review receipts and assist guests with transactions.

Title: Lounge Server

Location: Wildflower, located inside the Iron Blosam at Snowbird

Status: Seasonal (Winter Only)

Schedule: Shifts vary, may be morning or late evening, weekends, holidays, depending on business levels. THIS POSITION WILL NOT START UNTIL LATE NOVEMBER OR EARLY DECEMBER. Must be able to work any day of the week including weekends and holidays. Schedules vary based on business levels. EMPLOYEE HOUSING IS NOT AVAILABLE.

SUMMARY

As a lounge server you will provide quality food and beverage service as well as food and beverage knowledge to guests in Snowbird lounges. Responsible for coordinating individual station and communicating with front and back of house personnel to provide a dining experience that exceeds guest expectations.

• Food Handler Permit and Alcohol Certification
• 21 years of age
• A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Travel to Snowbird Resort
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Shifts may vary from early morning to late evening
• Work some weekends and holidays depending on business levels
• Stay overnight in case of road closures
