You will develop leadership skills, manage scheduling, conduct training, and support revenue growth through effective team management and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or casino operations preferred.
• Strong leadership and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service at the location and supervise staff.
• Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of lounge team.
• Ensure security and proper handling of funds and inventories.
