Job summary

Town Pump Inc. is seeking a motivated Casino Assistant Manager in Bozeman, MT. The role focuses on customer service leadership, payroll, inventory control, and liquor operations to support daily casino activities.

You will train staff, supervise shifts, manage vendor invoicing, and ensure compliance with state liquor regulations. Flexible scheduling includes nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and leadership roles in a casino or hospitality setting.
• Ability to train, coach and discipline staff as needed.
• Knowledge of payroll, inventory, and reporting processes.
• Experience with liquor operations, audits, and state regulations.
• Valid MT liquor sales/service certification or ability to obtain.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer service during shifts and manage phone screening and calls.
• Lead, train, and cover for staff in absence of manager.
• Execute payroll, inventories, scheduling, and reports.
• Oversee office tasks, vendor invoicing, data entry, and shrink controls.
• Complete daily casino paperwork, reports, receipts, and inventory adjustments.
• Manage liquor orders, deliveries, pricing, and store audits.
• Balance six-week analyses and reconcile casino records with office reports.
• Ensure security of casino assets and cash, with proper bank deposits.
• Maintain compliance with state alcohol regulations and promotions.
• Occasionally work nights, weekends, and holidays; be reachable as needed.
