Job summary

Town Pump is seeking a Lounge Assistant Manager to lead daily casino lounge operations in Billings, MT. You will ensure outstanding customer service, supervise staff, and support payroll, inventory, scheduling, and reporting while maintaining compliance and assets security.

The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced casino environment, with opportunities for growth within Casino Operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in casino operations or hospitality preferred.
• Strong organizational and accounting skills.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to supervise and cover for manager when needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service during shifts and ensure policy compliance.
• Assist in payroll, inventories, scheduling, and reporting.
• Screen calls, manage office supplies and invoicing.
• Maintain liquor orders, pricing, and audits.
• Manage casino paperwork and daily reports.
• Ensure security of casino assets and cash controls.
