Job summary

Flik Hospitality Group is seeking a Lounge Manager to aid the Centurion Lounge in upholding corporate standards, maximize profitability, and boost guest and associate satisfaction. You will help develop and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives aligned with brand standards.

The role requires overseeing operations, ensuring high-quality food, managing purchasing and inventory, and maintaining strong relationships with staff and clients.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of food service management experience.
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, and/or related food service operations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of food.
• Financial experience and business acumen skills.
• ServSafe Certification is preferred.
• Proficient computer skills and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Assists with managing food service operations in accordance with the approved budget while providing maximum value.
• Ensures the food offered to the client, customers, and associates is of superior quality.
• Assists with purchasing and inventory.
• Maintains excellent relationships with associates, guests and client, and other departments.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
