Flik Hospitality Group is seeking a Lounge Manager to oversee the food service operation at the BRAND NEW United Club at SFO Airport, ensuring the standards of excellence are met. They will supervise associates and support financial responsibilities.

The role requires leadership in hiring, training, and coaching, managing cafe operations within budget, and delivering exceptional guest service across the lounge. A Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years in relevant hospitality experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining or related food service operations preferred.
• Operational knowledge of cash handling procedures and food service equipment.
• Proficient MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• ServSafe or Department of Health Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hires, supervises, trains, and coaches associates.
• Plans, markets and executes events/promotions in the cafe.
• Ensures compliance with sanitation and cleaning standards.
• Operates within the budget and identifies ways to improve the business.
• Manages cafe operations and supports financial responsibilities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
