White Lodging is seeking an Executive Lounge Attendant in New Jersey to ensure the lounge area is properly set up, serviced, and cleaned while delivering exceptional hospitality to every guest. You will professionally serve food and beverages, maintain clean and inviting spaces, and anticipate guest needs with a friendly, can-do attitude.

The role emphasizes knowledge of menu items, preparation methods, and garnishes, with responsibilities spanning opening, closing, and daily upkeep to uphold

Responsibilities

• Oversee the setup, service, and clean-up of the Executive Lounge.
• Set tables, buffets, bars, and snack breaks in assigned areas correctly and accurately.
• Professionally serve food and beverages both tableside and from buffets.
• Monitor tables and buffets to ensure they remain clean, stocked, and visually appealing.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide exemplary hospitality to exceed expectations, while always maintaining professionalism and friendliness.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; accurately answer guest questions.
• Perform all cleaning, opening, closing, and other duties as assigned.
