White Lodging in San Antonio, TX is seeking an energetic Host to welcome guests and ensure a seamless dining experience from arrival to departure.

Greet guests warmly, coordinate seating with servers, and maintain a positive, professional restaurant entry. This role requires standing for long periods and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, with availability on weekends, nights and holidays.

• Maintain entryway area and complete side work and cleaning.

• Present a neat, professional appearance as a company ambassador.
• Know menu items and answer guest questions accurately.
• Process all payment methods.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

As a Host, you will welcome guests with warmth and professionalism while ensuring they enjoy a seamless dining experience from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Greet guests in a warm and professional manner and ensure guest satisfaction with their dining experience.


• Effectively assign servers to sections, manage reservations, and assign guests to tables.


• Maintain the restaurant entryway and complete all necessary side work and cleaning tasks.


• Promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment.


• Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional personal appearance.


• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; accurately answer any guest questions.


• Process all payment methods.


• Perform other duties as assigned.
