You bring an outgoing personality, top-notch communication, and a proactive approach to anticipate guest needs. The role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities across multiple properties.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and social personality.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to stand and lift at least 10 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the setup, service, and clean-up of the Executive Lounge.
• Set tables, buffets, bars, and snack breaks in assigned areas correctly and accurately.
• Professionally serve food and beverages both tableside and from buffets.
• Monitor tables and buffets to ensure they remain clean, stocked, and visually appealing.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide exemplary hospitality to exceed expectations, while always maintaining professionalism and friendliness.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; accurately answer guest questions.
• Perform all cleaning, opening, closing, and other duties as assigned.
