The Lobby Lounge Cocktail Server role offers a social environment where connecting with guests and building relationships is key. Responsibilities include providing food and beverage service in a friendly and timely manner. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Maintain proper setup and cleanliness of the service station and floor before, during, and after shifts.
- Greet guests promptly, courteously, and explain specials, promotions, and menu options.
- Assist in serving all guests, with responsibilities varying by section, ensuring every guest is attended to.
- Take orders and memorize drink selections, including call and premium brands.
- Provide snacks and garnishes with beverages.
- Enter orders into the POS system accurately and promptly.
- Keep guest tables clean, arrange furniture properly, and assist in bar area upkeep.
- Replenish beverages and check back to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Present checks, handle cash, and record transactions accurately, thanking guests and inviting return visits.
- Perform cleaning tasks adhering to health standards.
- Stock supplies daily, including straws, napkins, and glassware.
- Clear tables within 3 minutes of guest departure.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service in high-volume bars.
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, beers, and wines.
- Constant awareness of surroundings and guest needs, following corporate standards.
- Ability to read menus, communicate effectively in English, and take orders.
- Memory for menu items and promotional offers.
- Ability to transport trays weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Compliance with liquor laws and regulations.
- Positive attitude and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently during busy and slow periods.
- Cash handling experience, with accuracy in managing funds and balancing cash drawers.
- Proficiency with POS systems.
- One year of cocktail serving experience required.
- Ability to obtain necessary licenses or certifications; TIPS and bartender certifications preferred.
