Responsibilities

• Understands and abides by safety protocols.
• Maintains knowledge of liquor brands, beers, wines, and glassware.
• Input orders into POS and ensure transmission; assist service area.
• Folds/stock napkins, straws, glassware; restocks as needed.
• Handles cash and adheres to tip reporting procedures.
