Job summary

Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront is seeking a friendly bartender/server to greet guests, mix drinks, take orders, and balance cash. You will maintain bar stocks, prepare garnishes, and support room service and beverage operations in a fast-paced hotel lounge.

Responsibilities include cash handling, safety compliance, and assisting fellow beverage team members to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth service operations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of state, federal and corporate liquor regs
• Hold a current Food Handler Card
• Basic math skills to operate a cash register and count cash

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and document drink orders
• Mix, garnish and present drinks
• Maintain bar setup and stock supplies
• Input orders and process room service calls
• Handle cash, make change and balance bank
• Operate beverage equipment and ensure safety standards
• Perform cleaning and adhere to policies and safety rules
• Assist other beverage staff as needed
