Job summary

Hilton Marco Island Beach Resort & Spa is seeking a courteous bartender to serve guests, prepare and garnish beverages, and manage bar operations in a high-volume environment.

You will handle orders via Micros POS, balance checks, and process payments while maintaining immaculate bar setup, stock, and safety standards. Prior hospitality experience is preferred; weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation.
• Knowledge of various alcoholic beverages.
• Availability on weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills for cash handling.
• Able to lift at least 30 lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• English literacy and communication.
• Experience in high-volume bar/restaurant/hotel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and promote drinks.
• Prepare and garnish drinks according to recipes.
• Enter orders into Micros POS and balance checks.
• Maintain bar setup and stock ingredients and supplies.
• Handle payments and close cash at end of shift.
• Keep bar and equipment clean and sanitized.
• Serve appetizers or snacks when requested.
• Lock up and store beverages and deposits.
