We are hiring a Lounge Bartender!

Pay: $13.00/hr plus tips

Lounge/Bartender Responsibilities

As a Lounge Bartender, you will:

1. Set up and break down the bar: Prepare the bar for service and secure liquor, store fruit and juices properly.
2. Mix drinks expertly: Take orders, craft cocktails following Beverage Standards, and serve with flair.
3. Handle transactions accurately: Manage checks, follow credit card procedures, and keep the process cash-free.
4. Manage stock: Replenish soda, juice, beer (bottles and kegs), and ice, ensuring everything is fresh and available.
5. Maintain glassware: Check, replace, and polish glassware to keep it sparkling.
6. Keep the area clean: Maintain cleanliness, including floors and trashcans, leaving the bar tidy.
7. Monitor inventory: Track soda and juice supplies, ensuring proper stock rotation.
