This role offers an hourly wage of $13.00 plus tips. The position involves serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a fast-paced environment, requiring excellent customer service, knowledge of beverages, and adherence to safety regulations.

Responsibilities

1. Provide excellent guest service and maintain professional interaction with co-workers.
2. Follow pre-shift notes and bar menus for service.
3. Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, following all legal and safety regulations.
4. Learn and suggestively upsell beverage options.
5. Verify guest age with ID and communicate service cut-offs as needed.
6. Handle customer requests and concerns effectively.
7. De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and involve management or security when necessary.
8. Manage cash transactions accurately and maintain a clean, sanitary work station.
9. Assist with setup and breakdown of the bar and organization of supplies.

Qualifications

1. At least six months of bartending experience.
2. Cash handling skills.
3. Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and long hours.
6. Bartending school preferred.
7. Must be 18 or over.
8. Ability to work in various weather conditions and physical ability to perform duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
