Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts in Glenpool, OK is seeking an experienced bartender to join our hotel bar and lounge team. You will set up the bar, stock beverages, ring up orders, and ensure a welcoming experience for guests.

Responsibilities include closing duties, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding all state and hotel alcohol-service policies. Strong English communication and physical stamina are essential; prior certification is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of bartending experience.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including holidays and weekends.
• Ability to communicate in English (verbal and written).
• Experience with cashiering and computer use.

Responsibilities

• Set up bar and stock beverages and supplies.
• Perform closing duties and maintain bar/lounge cleanliness.
• Greet guests and provide courteous service at the bar and lounge.
• Adhere to all alcohol service laws and portion control guidelines.

Job Description:

• -Set up bar, requisition and stock all beer, wine, spirits and paper products
• -Perform all closing duties including cleaning the bar and lounge area
• -Greet and engage with guests at the bar and lounge area in a courteous and friendly manner
• -Abide by all state, federal and hotel requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages and practice prudent portion control

Required Skills & Abilities:

• -At least one (1) year of bartending experience required
• -Flexible availability to work any shift, including holidays and weekends
• -Must have the ability to communicate in English both verbal and written
• -Comfortable in working with computers for cashiering duties
• -Must be able to stand/walk for at least eight (8) hours
• -Able to lift/carry at least 30 pounds
• -TABC and Food Handler certification required
