Job summary

The Crescent Hotels Group is seeking an energetic bartender to join our hotel bar and lounge team in Tulsa, OK. You will set up and stock the bar, greet guests, handle cashier duties, and ensure compliance with all laws and policies for serving alcohol.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of bartending experience, excellent English communication, and the stamina to stand for long shifts. Certification in TABC and Food Handling is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of bartending experience.
• Flexible availability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong English verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Set up bar, requisition and stock all beverages and paper products.
• Perform closing duties including bar and lounge cleaning.
• Greet and engage guests at the bar in a courteous, friendly manner.
• Abide by state and hotel policies for serving alcohol and maintain portion control.

• Set up bar, requisition and stock all beer, wine, spirits and paper products
• Perform all closing duties including cleaning the bar and lounge area
• Greet and engage with guests at the bar and lounge area in a courteous and friendly manner
• Abide by all state, federal and hotel requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages and practice prudent portion control

Required Skills & Abilities

• At least one (1) year of bartending experience required
• Flexible availability to work any shift, including holidays and weekends
• Must have the ability to communicate in English both verbal and written
• Comfortable in working with computers for cashiering duties
• Must be able to stand/walk for at least eight (8) hours
• Able to lift/carry at least 30 pounds
• TABC and Food Handler certification required
