You will respond to inquiries about hotel services, handle VIP requests, and help maintain a first-class experience. This role offers perks like meals, discounts, and opportunities to grow within Marcus properties.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and ability to engage guests
• Basic math/calculation skills for ticketing and billing
• Strong English communication, listening, and writing
• Ability to use a moderately complex computer system
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and perform job tasks
• Visual and hearing acuity for safety and guest needs
• High school diploma or equivalent required

What will you be doing?

What do you bring to the role?

• Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will requires high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse anger and collect accurate information to resolve conflicts.
• Basic mathematical and calculator skills to prepare mathematical calculations without error, e.g., purchasing tickets for guests.
• Ability to listen effectively, to speak and write English clearly.
• Ability to access and accurately use a moderately complex computer system.
• Ability to stand, walk, and continuously perform essential job functions.
• Hearing and visual ability to observe and detect signs of emergency situations.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
