The Hilton Minneapolis/Bloomington, part of The Marcus Corporation, is seeking a Part Time Honors Lounge Attendant to greet guests and deliver exceptional service in a luxury lounge setting. You will engage with guests, anticipate needs, and help create a warm, inviting atmosphere that defines our standards of hospitality.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, answering questions about services and events, resolving issues promptly, replenishing food and beverages, and maintaining health

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to respond to guest inquiries and provide personalized service.
• Ability to listen effectively and communicate in English.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform essential job functions.
• Basic mathematical skills for calculating purchases.

• Make decisions and resolve guest issues immediately.

What will you be doing?

• Warmly welcome guests, identifies their needs, and provide personalized service.

What do you bring to the role?

• Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will requires high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse anger and collect accurate information to resolve conflicts.
• Basic mathematical and calculator skills to prepare mathematical calculations without error, e.g., purchasing tickets for guests.
• Ability to listen effectively, to speak and write English clearly.
• Ability to access and accurately use a moderately complex computer system.
• Ability to stand, walk, and continuously perform essential job functions.
• Hearing and visual ability to observe and detect signs of emergency situations.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
