Responsibilities

• Provide luxury-level bar service to high-limit guests, proactively anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
• Offer personalized beverage recommendations and craft cocktails tailored to individual guest preferences.
• Demonstrate mastery in cocktail creation, spirit education, and wine pairing, ensuring flawless execution and presentation.
• Efficiently prepare and serve drinks, maintaining a standard of 1--3 minutes per cocktail.
• Operate all bar equipment and tools, including soda and liquor guns, strainers, shakers, bar spoons, muddles, fruit peelers, and channel knives.
• Maintain knowledge of drink recipes, ingredients, and garnishes, adhering to company standards.
• Manage inventory, restock stations, and report variances to management.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide recommendations or substitutions to ensure a personalized service experience.
• Execute precise bar setup, mise en place, and breakdown procedures in alignment with luxury standards.
• Deliver elite-level service to high-limit players and VIP guests with professionalism.
• Communicate guest feedback and opportunities to the manager on duty.
• Accurately operate InfoGenesis POS systems, handle cash transactions, and comply with company policies regarding funds management.
• Verify liquor deliveries, reconcile orders, and report discrepancies to management.
