Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of secretarial or administrative support experience with coordinating office procedures, preparing narrative and statistical reports, and administrative data collection and analysis.
• Associate degree in general office occupations with two years of secretarial or administrative support experience that includes coordinating office procedures, preparing narrative and statistical reports, and administrative data collection and analysis.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Lottery Security Section and staff, ensuring efficient operation.
• Interpret and apply Lottery OARs, state laws, and rules relevant to background investigations, shipments, and training.
• Manage administrative functions of the section, including OSSP and Lottery report management systems.
