• Sales Support: Help retailers improve sales by reviewing performance and suggesting promotional activities.
• Compliance Checks: Conduct site inspections to ensure retailers meet accessibility and program standards.
• Equipment Training: Teach retailers how to use Lottery equipment, handle tickets, and follow reporting steps.
• Marketing Delivery: Provide point-of-sale materials and explain upcoming games and promotions.
• Route Management: Visit stores on a set route to load ticket stock, check equipment, and review cash procedures.
