Role Overview

The Lottery Operations team is seeking an Operations/NOC specialist to join a growing, tight-knit team.

Principal Responsibilities

• Perform second-level functions including NOC monitoring, ticket escalations, tech dispatching, IM support, and overflow calls.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize and document changes for new products in Confluence.
• Coordinate with multiple teams across US and Canada.
• Understand equipment behavior and functionality.
• Assist in compiling monthly call and ticket reports.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical college degree preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Self-motivated with good communication skills, especially when working with the Calgary team.
• Experience with Excel, including report creation and CSV modification.
• Experience with ticketing systems.
• Willing to work 2nd shift, 12-8pm, with one mandatory weekend day.
