Job summary

RideNow Powersports in Peoria, AZ, is seeking a reliable Lot Technician to manage the safe operation and organization of powersports vehicles on our lot. This hands‑on role includes moving units, prepping them for delivery, and assisting with pickups to customers.

You’ll support sales and service teams with logistics, maintain the lot layout, and ensure cleanliness and order. Must be 18+, with valid license and ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to ride and maneuver motorcycles and other powersports units (including manual transmission).
• Valid driver’s license required, motorcycle endorsement preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Punctual, dependable, and able to follow instructions.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be physically active throughout the shift.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.

RideNow Powersports is seeking a reliable Lot Technician to join our team. In this hands‑on role, you’ll be responsible for the safe operation, movement, and organization of powersports vehicles on our lot and must have the ability to transport vehicles with a truck and trailer. You must be comfortable and capable of handling a wide variety of motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and more.

What You’ll Do:

• Safely drive, move, and park motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and other powersports vehicles on the lot, in the showroom, and in service areas
• Assist with vehicle check-in and inspection upon delivery
• Keep the lot neat, clean, and organized at all times
• Prepare units for customer delivery, including cleaning and fueling
• Deliver and pick up units to customers
• Support the sales and service teams with unit movement and logistics
• Maintain awareness of the lot’s layout and assist in managing inventory flow
• Perform general support tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to ride and maneuver motorcycles and other powersports units (including manual transmission)
• Valid driver’s license required, motorcycle endorsement preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Punctual, dependable, and able to follow instructions
• Previous lot porter, detailer, or inventory support experience preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be physically active throughout the shift
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to safely push motorcycles weighing up to 850lbs
• Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
• Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.
