Job summary

RideNow Powersports in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a reliable Lot Technician to help move, park, and organize motorcycles, ATVs, and other powersports units on the lot, showroom, and service areas. You will assist with check-in, prep units for delivery, and support the sales and service teams while keeping the lot clean and safe.

The role requires outdoor work in various weather conditions, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a valid driver's license (motorcycle endorsement preferred).

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to ride and maneuver motorcycles and other powersports units (including manual transmission).
• Valid driver's license required, motorcycle endorsement preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Punctual, dependable, and able to follow instructions.
• Previous lot porter, detailer, or inventory support experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be physically active.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to safely push motorcycles weighing up to 850lbs.
• Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises - including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas - while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
• Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.
