RideNow Powersports in Surprise, AZ is seeking a reliable Lot Technician- Driver to join our team. This driving role requires moving and parking powersports vehicles on the lot and assisting with deliveries to customers.

You must be 21+, have a valid driver’s license with a clean record and motorcycle endorsement. You’ll work outdoors in varying weather, lift up to 50 lbs, and help maintain a safe, organized lot while supporting sales and service teams.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of delivery driving experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; motorcycle endorsement required.
• Must be able to ride and maneuver motorcycles and powersports units, including manual transmission.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically active tasks (standing, crouching, kneeling).
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and safely move motorcycles up to 850 lbs.
• Able to move through dealership premises with awareness of moving vehicles, customers, and displays.
• Frequent bending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching to perform duties.

Job description

RideNow Powersports is seeking a reliable Lot Technician- Driver to join our team. This is a driving position, and you must be 21 years of age or older. In this hands‑on role, you’ll be responsible for the safe operation, movement, and organization of powersports vehicles on our lot and must have the ability to transport vehicles with a truck and trailer. You must be comfortable and capable of handling a wide variety of motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and more.

What You’ll Do:

• Safely drive, move, and park motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and other powersports vehicles on the lot, in the showroom, and in service areas
• Assist with vehicle check‑in and inspection upon delivery
• Keep the lot neat, clean, and organized at all times
• Prepare units for customer delivery, including cleaning and fueling
• Deliver and pick up units to customers
• Support the sales and service teams with unit movement and logistics
• Maintain awareness of the lot’s layout and assist in managing inventory flow
• Perform general support tasks as needed

• Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
• Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.
