Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6 years’ related experience or equivalent combinations.
• 1 year of leadership experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong management, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in computer software and systems.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Directs supervisors, teams, and staff to execute Lot Operations.
• Ensure systems for quality work and customer expectations are followed.
• Plan staffing levels to maintain efficiency and service quality.
• Oversee vehicle movement from check-in to sales lanes and stock-in.
• Review KPIs and implement improvement strategies.
• Resolve issues like missing, damaged, or late vehicles.
• Provide weekly Lot Operations reports and metrics.
• Maintain relationships with auction, dealers, and commercial customers.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
