Cox Automotive Inc. is seeking a Manager, Lot Operations to lead the lot team and oversee daily operations, including scheduling, directing work, and coordinating vehicle movement across check-in, stock-in, and lanes.

You will track performance against KPIs, develop improvement strategies, maintain relationships with auction and dealer customers, and collaborate with other departments to ensure high-quality, customer-focused service.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree with 6 years of related experience, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Strong management, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interaction abilities; proficient computer skills.
• Ability to sit, stand and walk for prolonged periods; vision requirements noted.

Mansioni

• Lead and direct lot operations teams and supervisors.
• Schedule labor and assign work across the lot.
• Oversee vehicle movement, check-in, stock-in, and lane assignments.
• Track vehicles and monitor sale day lot flow; resolve issues.
• Provide weekly Lot Operations metrics and reporting.
• Maintain relationships with customers and coordinate with other departments.
• Resolve issues such as missing or damaged vehicles.
