Qualifications

• Ability to manage labor scheduling, vehicle logistics, and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manages and provides direction to supervisors, teams, and team members.
• Ensure systems for quality work and customer service.
• Review workloads and staffing to maintain efficiency and quality.
• Oversee vehicle movement, check-in, stock-in, numbering, and post-sale movement.
• Develop weekly Lot Operations reports and KPIs; drive improvements.
• Maintain relationships with customers and coordinate with other departments.
