Job summary

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, plus driving ability for both manual and automatic transmissions, and basic mechanical knowledge.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 3 years’ related experience or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission.
• Basic mechanical knowledge: identify flat tires, low gas, jump-starting vehicles.
• Safe drivers needed; meet driving eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily vehicle movement activities.
• Provide direction and support to team members.
• Ensure vehicles are picked up and delivered on schedule.
• Inspect support equipment for proper operation.
• Conduct presale walks and assign lane readiness.
• Maintain run lists for keys, late entries, and changes.
• Respond to customer and dealer inquiries and concerns.
• Direct vehicle movement to maintain traffic flow to the block.
• Oversee parking of sold vehicles and re-parking of non-sold vehicles.
• Report theft, lot damage, or safety concerns to management.
