Job summary

Cox Enterprises is seeking a location supervisor to lead driver teams in Indiana. You will oversee daily vehicle operations, assign routes, and ensure on-time transport of staff and vehicles to auctions and remote sites.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with 3+ years in a related field, or alternative degree in related discipline.
• Safe drivers needed; valid driver’s license required.
• Experience supervising a driver/warehouse team is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orient and instruct new drivers on duties and assist in assigning tasks.
• Communicate with supervisor to ensure proper vehicle flow and log stock numbers.
• Communicate schedules and assignments to crew members.
• Manage vans and transport drivers to locations; ensure timely pick-up/drop-off.
• Transport employees and vehicles to and from auction sites and remote locations.
• Perform daily van maintenance and routine checks; fuel and service as needed.
• Demonstrate safety commitment and support Safety Excellence activities.
• Lead location team, model Cox/Manheim values, and enforce policies.
• Review work volumes and staffing; plan for efficiency and quality service.
• Perform other duties as assigned; overtime may be required.
