Job summary

Cox Automotive in Ohio is seeking a Lot Operations Specialist II to lead a driver team charged with moving auction vehicles safely and efficiently across the lot and at remote sites as needed. You will use handheld devices to track vehicle locations, direct daily schedules, orient new drivers, and enforce safety practices while upholding Cox/Manheim values.

The role requires a HS diploma and 3+ years related experience or an equivalent combination; valid driver’s license; ability to work day

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years in a related field.
• Alternative combinations such as higher-level degree/certification accepted.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of drivers to move auction vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Use handheld devices to track vehicle locations and workflow.
• Direct daily schedules and assign tasks to crew members.
• Orient and instruct new drivers on duties and safety procedures.
• Overtime may be required to meet business needs.
