Kids for the Future is seeking a full-time Lot Coordinator to support the post-repossession process and maintain the vehicle storage lot in Cincinnati, OH. This entry-level position emphasizes reliable, customer-focused service in a hands-on outdoor setting.

Responsibilities include processing repossessed vehicles, inventorying personal property, and prepping vehicles for transport to auction. Training is provided; starting pay is $18–$19/hour with a $500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass pre-employment screening.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Requires good time management and organizational skills.
• Must be willing to work outdoors in all kinds of weather.

• Process repossessed vehicles and upload photos.
• Properly inventory all personal property within repossessed vehicles.
• Complete condition reports in a timely manner.
• Prep vehicles for transport to auction.
• Provide customer service to debtors redeeming vehicles and personal property.
• Provide professional service to transporters and third parties who are authorized on the lot.
• Other various tasks as directed by the Lot Supervisor.

Description

UR2 is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Lot Coordinator to join our Cincinnati, OH team. This full-time, Monday through Friday position is responsible for supporting the post-repossession process, maintaining the vehicle storage lot, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a hands-on environment while ensuring daily operations run efficiently.

In this position, you will be spending most of your time outdoors. Responsibilities include:

• Process repossessed vehicles and upload photos
• Properly inventory all personal property within repossessed vehicles
• Complete condition reports in a timely manner
• Prep vehicles for transport to auction
• Provide customer service to debtors redeeming vehicles and personal property
• Provide professional service to transporters and third parties who are authorized on the lot
• Other various tasks as directed by the Lot Supervisor

This is an entry-level position, starting at $18+/hour **$500 SIGN-ON BONUS**

*Note* This position does not involve the actual repossession of vehicles or equipment.

We have a very relaxed, informal work atmosphere, and a family-friendly, daytime work schedule. Training will be provided upon hiring.

Physical Work Environment

• Exposure to outside environmental working conditions, including temperature changes, outside weather conditions, slightly elevated noise levels, and minor atmospheric conditions, such as fumes, odors and dust.
