Qualifications

  • Ability to drive vehicles with standard transmission.
  • Basic computer skills required.
  • Good verbal and written communication.
  • Requires good time management and organizational skills.
  • Must be willing to work outdoors in all kinds of weather.

  • Inventory all personal property within repossessed vehicles.
  • Complete condition reports in a timely manner.
  • Prep vehicles for transport to auction.
  • Provide customer service to debtors redeeming vehicles and personal property.
  • Provide professional service to transporters and third parties who are authorized on the lot.
  • Other tasks as directed by the Lot Supervisor.

Description

UR2 is seeking a dependable and motivated Part-Time Lot Coordinator to join our team in Bowling Green, KY. This position offers a consistent schedule of 12–15 hours per week and is ideal for someone who enjoys working around vehicles, staying active, and providing excellent customer service.

In this role, you\'ll support the post-repossession process by assisting with vehicle movement, maintaining a clean, organized, and secure storage lot, and helping customers in a professional and courteous manner. You\'ll play an important part in keeping our daily operations running smoothly while working alongside a supportive team.

In this position, you will be spending most of your time outdoors. Responsibilities include:

  • Process repossessed vehicles and upload photos
  • Properly inventory all personal property within repossessed vehicles
  • Complete condition reports in a timely manner
  • Prep vehicles for transport to auction
  • Provide customer service to debtors redeeming vehicles and personal property
  • Provide professional service to transporters and third parties who are authorized on the lot
  • Other various tasks as directed by the Lot Supervisor

This is an entry-level position, starting at $15-$16/hour

*Note* This position does not involve the actual repossession of vehicles or equipment.

We have a very relaxed, informal work atmosphere, and a family-friendly, daytime work schedule. Training will be provided upon hiring.

Requirements

Required Experience

Physical Requirements

  • Frequent and/or prolonged standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping
  • Must be able to lift or move items at least 25 pounds
  • Vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Physical Work Environment

  • Exposure to outside environmental working conditions, including temperature changes, outside weather conditions, slightly elevated noise levels, and minor atmospheric conditions, such as fumes, odors and dust.
