• Able to work with minimal supervision and follow directions.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; 22+ for insurance.
• Smartphone/tablet familiarity and minor connectivity troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Willing to work holidays or overtime on weekends.
• Forklift experience is preferred but not required.

Job description

We are currently seeking to fill this full-time position immediately. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9am to 5:30pm. This is an excellent opportunity for a dependable and motivated candidate looking for a stable weekday schedule.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and releasing repossessed vehicles, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of both the lot and customer service area, and performing additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines
• Receive vehicles from Recovery Agents or third-party vendors.
• Clean out vehicles when they return to the lot. Bag and tag all personal property.
• Conduct inventory of vehicles, property, and equipment at the lot.
• Work with customers, both internal and external, to release vehicles. Confirm all the necessary paperwork.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the lot.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High School diploma (or equivalent)
• Ability to act in a discreet manner.
• Proven ability to work without direct supervision, yet follow directions and effectively communicate with others.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (must be at least 22 years old for insurance purposes)
• Familiarity with a smartphone and tablet. Ability to troubleshoot minor connectivity issues.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Flexibility to work holidays or overtime on the weekends as needed.
• Forklift experience is a preferred but not required.
