Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service and help customers with rentals, equipment inspection, and related support. You will work with a team to ensure customers receive the assistance they need on their journeys by using up-to-date technology to dispatch and return equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers; inspect equipment.
• Answer questions and educate customers on products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns.
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
