Lithia Toyota of Springfield is hiring a Lot Attendant in Springfield, OR to support the sales team. The role starts with washing and organizing vehicles and offers growth into other positions within the dealership. The position is full-time, onsite, with a schedule to be discussed at interview and occasional Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Move and position vehicles to support sales display.

• Prepare sold vehicles for delivery to customers.
• Prioritize prep and wash tasks based on delivery timelines.
• Assist the shuttle driver when needed.

Schedule: Exact schedule to be discussed at interview. Some Saturdays may be required. This is a full-time position. This position is located onsite and reports to the General Sales Manager.

As a Lot Attendant you will begin washing cars and organizing vehicles within the dealership as a support person to the sales team. This is just a starting point as we are BIG on supporting internal growth! We have promoted many of our staff up from this position. We often promote our employees into other roles including sales, service advisors, office staff, and even management positions!

What You'll Do

• Move and work with vehicles to maintain vehicle display and support vehicle sales activities.
• Deliver vehicles to sites and locations.
• Monitor tire pressure of vehicles; add air and fuel.
• Recognize general vehicle repairs and building maintenance and notify management.
• Prepare sold vehicles for delivery.
• Prioritize vehicles that you need to prep for delivery or wash based on general appearance.
• Assist the shuttle driver.
