Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Porter for Napleton's Lexus of Maplewood. You will keep the lot neat, move units as directed, and assist with customer deliveries and showroom readiness.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma (or equivalent), a valid driver's license, and the ability to operate both manual and automatic transmissions. The position offers hourly pay, benefits, training, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle machinery safely.
• Ability to drive a manual and automatic transmission.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Ability to operate an automobile.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Willingness to undergo a background check per local laws.
• 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Keep vehicle lot neat and orderly and move units as directed by managers.
• Transport customers and dealership personnel as needed.
• Assist with customer deliveries and ensure showroom vehicles are clean and in good repair.
• Pickup and deliver vehicles to storage and other locations as required.
• Assist with weather-related cleanup and building/grounds maintenance.
• Other duties and special projects may be assigned.

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our nextPorter.Located at Napleton's Lexus of Maplewood, thePorter is responsible for performing a variety of duties as they relate to the upkeep of vehicles: including maintaining the cleanliness and readiness in appearance of vehicles, and transporting vehicle and customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Keeping vehicle lot neat and orderly, moving units as directed by the Sales/Service managers and in accordance with dealership display standards
• Transporting customers and dealership personnel, as needed
• Assisting with customer deliveries
• Ensuring all vehicles are clean and in good repair on the lot and showroom
• Picking up vehicles from storage and deliver vehicles to storage and other dealerships
• Assisting with weather related clean up when necessary
• Building and grounds maintenance as needed
• Other functions and special projects may be assigned
