Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Porter at Napleton Hyundai in Hazelwood, MO to maintain the vehicle lot's appearance and readiness, move units as directed, and assist with deliveries and showroom presence.

You will keep vehicles clean, load and unload as needed, transport customers and staff, support weather-related cleanup, and help with general maintenance and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to drive a manual and automatic transmission.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Ability to operate an automobile and use hand/power tools.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.
• 18+ years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Keep vehicle lot neat and orderly and move units as directed.
• Transport customers and dealership personnel as needed.
• Assist with customer deliveries.
• Ensure all vehicles are clean and in good repair on the lot and showroom.
• Pickup and deliver vehicles to storage and other dealerships.
• Assist with weather-related cleanup when necessary.
• Support building and grounds maintenance as needed.
• Other functions and special projects may be assigned.

Job Responsibilities:

• Keeping vehicle lot neat and orderly, moving units as directed by the Service managers and in accordance with dealership display standards
• Transporting customers and dealership personnel, as needed
• Assisting with customer deliveries
• Ensuring all vehicles are clean and in good repair on the lot and showroom
• Picking up vehicles from storage and deliver vehicles to storage and other dealerships
• Assisting with weather related clean up when necessary
• Building and grounds maintenance as needed
• Other functions and special projects may be assigned

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to handle machinery safely
• Ability to drive a manual & automatic transmission
• Valid state driver's license
• Ability to operate an automobile
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
