Job summary

Wallwork Truck Center is seeking a Lot Attendant to join our sales team. You will maintain the organization, appearance, and condition of the dealership’s equipment inventory and lot, ensuring items are received, inspected, moved, staged, and presented professionally for customers.

The role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with an hourly wage of $22–$28. We offer competitive pay, benefits, PTO, and advancement opportunities within a fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Minimum 18 years old.
• Valid and clear commercial driver’s license (CDL).
• Dealership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the organization, appearance and condition of the dealership’s equipment inventory and lot.
• Verify receipt of incoming equipment and perform initial damage inspections.
• Move trucks to and from various shops and position equipment around the lot.
• Install items on trucks and trailers (mud flaps, safety kits, hubcaps, etc.).
• Ensure inventory presentation is professional and customer-ready.

Wallwork Truck Center is looking a Lot Attendant to join our sales team!

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the organization, appearance, and overall condition of the dealership’s equipment inventory and lot. This position plays an important role in ensuring equipment is properly received, inspected, moved, staged, and maintained so that inventory is presented in a professional and customer-ready manner.

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. $22-$28/hr.

The Lot Attendant will verify the receipt of incoming equipment, perform initial damage inspections, accurately document and communicate any concerns, and ensure equipment is positioned appropriately throughout the dealership lot. This position requires strong attention to detail, organization, dependability, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications

Education and/or years’ experience required:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Minimum of 18 years old.
• Valid and clear commercial driver’s license.

Preferred/Required Skills and Abilities

• Dealership experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written customer service skills
• Able to operate both automatic and manual transmissions
• Ability to drive pay loader preferred
• Able to obtain CDL (paid by employer)

Essential Functions And Accountabilities

• Broom snow from vehicles in winter.
• Move trucks to and from various shops
• General Lot maintenance such as trim bushes/remove weeds, snow removal, pick up trash, etc.
• Maintains new and used vehicle inventory appearance and performance
• Place vehicle stock documentation in vehicles as requested.
• Install items on trucks and trailers such as mud flaps, safety kits, lug nut covers, hubcaps, etc.
• General lot maintenance such as trim bushes/remove weeds
• Adhere to work schedule and maintain regular attendance.
• Performs Wallwork Inc.-wide duties as requested by the designated supervisor.
• Upholds Wallwork Inc. ethical standards and demonstrate the behavioral and service expectations as defined in our policies and procedures.
• Help Rental Manager with month to month operations
