Job summary

Wallwork Truck Center is seeking a Lot Attendant to join our sales team. You will maintain the dealership's equipment inventory, ensure proper reception, inspection, movement, staging and presentation of inventory for customers.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with a pay range of $22–$28 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 18 years old.
• Valid and clear commercial driver’s license (CDL) required; CDL may be paid by employer.

Responsibilities

• Move trucks to and from various shops.
• Maintain new and used vehicle inventory appearance and performance.
• Broom snow from vehicles in winter.
• Install items on trucks and trailers (mud flaps, safety kits, lug nut covers, hubcaps).
• Place vehicle stock documentation in vehicles as requested.
• General lot maintenance (trim bushes/remove weeds).
• Adhere to work schedule and maintain regular attendance.
• Support Rental Manager with month-to-month operations.

Wallwork Truck Center is looking a Lot Attendant to join our sales team!

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the organization, appearance, and overall condition of the dealership's equipment inventory and lot. This position plays an important role in ensuring equipment is properly received, inspected, moved, staged, and maintained so that inventory is presented in a professional and customer-ready manner.

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. $22-$28/hr.

The Lot Attendant will verify the receipt of incoming equipment, perform initial damage inspections, accurately document and communicate any concerns, and ensure equipment is positioned appropriately throughout the dealership lot. This position requires strong attention to detail, organization, dependability, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and/or years' experience required:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Minimum of 18 years old.
• Valid and clear commercial driver's license.

Preferred/Required Skills and Abilities:

• Dealership experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written customer service skills
• Able to operate both automatic and manual transmissions
• Ability to drive pay loader preferred
• Able to obtain CDL (paid by employer)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND ACCOUNTABILITES

• Performs Wallwork Inc.-wide duties as requested by the designated supervisor.
• Upholds Wallwork Inc. ethical standards and demonstrate the behavioral and service expectations as defined in our policies and procedures.
• Help Rental Manager with month to month operations
